Founding & Scale: Founded in 2015 in Nanan, Quanzhou (China's prominent plumbing and hardware manufacturing base), Quanzhou Baoming Hardware Products Co., Ltd. operates modern production workshops spanning over 30,000 square meters with an annual casting and machining capacity of 10,000+ tons (500,000+ valves/year).

Precision Casting & Pattern Foundry
Features resin sand molding lines, lost-foam casting facilities, and high-frequency medium induction melting furnaces. We cast ductile iron (QT450-10, GGG40/50), WCB cast steel, and stainless steel bodies with smooth waterway surfaces and zero blowholes.
Multi-Axis CNC Machining & Boring Center
Houses over 35 sets of high-precision CNC horizontal machining centers, double-column vertical lathes, and automated disc grinding units. High-speed precision tooling guarantees repeatable tolerances of ±0.015mm across flange seal faces and stem bores.
Automated Fluidized-Bed Epoxy Coating Line
A continuous overhead conveyor line featuring automated shot-blasting, tunnel pre-heating, fluidized bed electrostatic powder application, and curing ovens. Applies 250–350μm WRAS-approved blue epoxy powder with zero pinholes.
Standardized Valve Assembly & Testing Lines
Lean assembly lines equipped with pneumatic torque-controlled wrenches, vulcanized EPDM rubber wedge pressing jigs, and integrated hydraulic clamp test rigs. Ensures 100% of finished valves pass high-pressure hydrostatic and pneumatic seal validation.
Heavy-Duty Valve Logistics & Warehouse
Over 8,000 m² of organized indoor storage housing semi-finished castings and export-ready inventory. Popular models (DN50–DN300 butterfly valves, resilient gate valves, Y-strainers) are maintained in stock for rapid container dispatch within 7 to 15 days.

Jakarta Municipal Waterworks Expansion
