Requirement & Flow Analysis
We evaluate your line pressure (PN10/16/25), fluid media (potable, sewage, seawater), flow coefficient (Cv/Kv), operating temperature, and pipeline connection dimensions.
3D CAD & FEA Stress Simulation
Our engineers develop parametric 3D models and run Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to confirm wall thickness safety, burst pressure thresholds, and zero cavitation risk.
Tooling & Mold Fabrication
Precision aluminum and resin wood patterns are carved in-house with CNC tooling machines. Custom cast-in brand logos, arrow flow markings, and pressure labels are seamlessly incorporated.
Foundry Pouring & CNC Machining
Ductile iron QT450-10 or cast iron bodies are poured and cooled. Gantry CNC machines drill custom flange patterns according to EN, ANSI, BS, or JIS standards with micron-level concentricity.
100% Hydrostatic Quality Testing
Every custom valve prototype and production batch undergoes high-pressure shell (1.5x PN) and seat (1.1x PN) hydrostatic tests. Video witness testing recordings are provided upon request.
Custom Packaging & Fast Dispatch
Valves are wrapped in moisture-proof VCI film, labeled with your brand's SKU barcodes, and crated in solid fumigated plywood boxes ready for container vessel loading.

Flange Drilling
EN 1092-2 (PN10, PN16, PN25), ASME/ANSI B16.1 / B16.42 (Class 125/150/300), BS 4504, JIS B2239 (10K/16K), AS 4087 (Table D/E).
Seat & Sealing Trim
WRAS-approved EPDM, NBR oil-resistant, Viton (FKM) high-temperature, PTFE acid-proof, or stainless steel 304/316 metal-to-metal seating.
Actuation & Control
Bare-shaft ISO 5211 direct-mount flange, worm gear handwheel, multi-turn electric actuator, pneumatic double-acting cylinder, or extended stem for underground burial.
Coating & Finishing
FBE epoxy powder in RAL 5005 (Signal Blue), RAL 5015 (Sky Blue), RAL 3000 (Fire Protection Red), RAL 6005 (Moss Green), or special marine-grade high-DFT coating.
