From pig iron sourcing and spheroidizing inoculation to automated sand reclamation, our foundry guarantees QT450-10 / EN-GJS-450-10 microstructure integrity with nodularity exceeding 90%.

Dual 5-Ton Electric Induction Furnaces

Intermediate-frequency induction melting provides ultra-clean thermal control (1450°C - 1520°C), monitored with direct-reading optical emission spectrometers for strict carbon, silicon, and magnesium dosing before tapping.

16 CNC High-Precision Machining Fleet

Equipped with gantry CNC mills, horizontal machining centers, and digital lathes ensuring flange bolt-hole alignment, disc concentricity, and stem sealing tolerances within ±0.02 mm.

Fluidized Bed FBE Epoxy Coating

Automatic preheating ovens (200°C) and electrostatic fluidized bed apply non-toxic AkzoNobel Resicoat epoxy (min. 250 μm DFT). Tested with 1.5 kV holiday spark detectors for zero pinhole porosity.
