500X Pressure Relief & Sustaining Valve
The 500X-16 500X Pressure Relief & Sustaining Valve is precision manufactured by Quanzhou Baoming Hardware Products Co., Ltd. for potable water, HVAC, and industrial fluid pipelines. Built with high-grade Ductile Iron QT450-10, this valve complies with EN 1074 / ISO 5208 and face-to-face dimensions per ISO 5752 / ASME B16.10. Every production batch undergoes 100% hydrostatic shell testing under EN 12266-1 Rate A zero-leakage criteria. The valve body and internal flow pathways are protected by electrostatically applied fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) coating exceeding 250 mm barrier thickness, meeting WRAS drinking water standards. Engineered for operating temperatures from -10°C to +120°C across nominal sizes from 50 mm to 1200 mm (DN50 - DN500 (2" - 20")) under working pressures of 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa (PN10 / PN16 / PN25).
