The D381X-16Q Worm Gear Grooved Butterfly Valve D381X is precision manufactured by Quanzhou Baoming Hardware Products Co., Ltd. for potable water, HVAC, and industrial fluid pipelines. Built with high-grade Ductile Iron, this valve complies with EN 593 / API 609 / AWWA C504 and face-to-face dimensions per EN 558-1 Series 20 / ISO 5752. Every production batch undergoes 100% hydrostatic shell testing under EN 12266-1 Rate A zero-leakage criteria. The valve body and internal flow pathways are protected by electrostatically applied fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) coating exceeding 250 mm barrier thickness, meeting WRAS drinking water standards. Engineered for operating temperatures from -10°C to +120°C across nominal sizes from 50 mm to 1200 mm (DN50 - DN300 (2" - 12")) under working pressures of 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa (PN16 / 300 PSI).
